Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. All orders are assigned a tracking number once dispatched.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Transit Times

Please allow the following delivery times for the United Kingdom:

Order Delays

Delivery times may vary due to courier capacity, customs inspection, peak seasons, or weather conditions. If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 3 business days after the estimated window before contacting our team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible at info@zerando-london.com with photos and your order number. For validated cases, we will cover reasonable return postage or arrange a replacement. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Transit Damage Notice (for Carrier Claims)

If damage appears to have occurred during transit, please ideally notify us within 48 hours. This helps us file a claim with the carrier. This suggested timeframe does not limit your consumer rights or our 30-day return guarantee.

To cancel your order, please contact us at info@zerando-london.com as soon as possible before dispatch. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed. If we are unable to stop the shipment, you may use our returns process instead.
